Thrive Thru Connection is a 4 -day FREE workshop designed to empower and inspire you to rise beyond survival mode and embrace the richness of life. Together we will explore the power of connection, delve into self-discovery, and unlock your true potential. Through the guided activities, discussions, and soul-nourishing practices, you gain the tools and insights to navigate challenges, trust your intuition, and create meaningful connections with yourself and others.

Survival mode happens for many reasons, it’s not always the result of major trauma. Often it slips in slowly related to the demands and stressors of daily life, and you don’t even realize you are there in survival mode until you feel like you no longer know who you are or when life started feeling like a chore rather than a joy. 

Symptoms of survival mode include:

  • moving through life as if you are living on autopilot
  • feeling exhausted and overwhelmed
  • finding yourself grumpy, irritable, and unable to handle challenges in your usual ways
  • struggling to focus and feel motivated 
  • notice changes in memory and fogetting the little things

 

Here’s how it will work.

The workshop sessions will be via Zoom. Replays will be made available if you can’t attend live. There will be a pop up Facebook page where you can ask questions, get support, and make connections during the workshop week. You will also revceive homeplay materials such journaling prompts, guided mediations and shamanic journeys, and other supports so you can fully integrate new knowledge and skills.
