Trust Training

What is Feels like to Trust Yourself Completely

A free live workshop for women ready to return to their true selves

There’s a particular kind of disorientation that doesn’t have a name yet.

It’s not burnout. It’s not depression. It’s not even unhappiness, exactly.

It’s the moment when the demands that used to fill every corner of your life begin to loosen their grip — and instead of feeling free, you feel strangely untethered. Like you’ve been so good at responding to everything and everyone that you’ve lost the thread back to yourself.

You stand in the space that’s opened up and you think: I should know what I want. Why don’t I know what I want?

You overthink decisions that used to feel instinctive. You second-guess the quiet signals your body sends you. You wonder whether you can trust what you feel, or whether you’ve simply been out of practice for so long that the signal has gone faint.

You haven’t lost yourself. But you have lost the habit of listening.

This training is for you.

Wednesday September 9th at 2 pm CDT

What to expect

  • Move through a guided experience that reconnects you to what self-trust actually feels like in your body — not as a concept, but as a felt, physical reality you can return to again and again.

  • Understand why high-achieving women lose touch with their inner signal — and why it has nothing to do with weakness or lack of self-awareness.

  • Leave with one orienting practice you can use the moment uncertainty arrives, to find your centre before the overthinking kicks in.

  • Q & A Session at end

BONUS: A Distance Group Journey with Brenda

When you register for Trust Training, you’ll receive something rare as a gift.

In the days following our time together on September 9th, I’ll be conducting a private distance group journey for everyone who joins us — a small gathering of women, held in sacred space, where I’ll work with your energy individually and share what comes through for you.

You don’t need to be present. You don’t need to clear your schedule or sit quietly in a corner. You can be driving, working, making dinner. Your physical self stays exactly where it is — I call in your energetic self to join us.

This is shamanic work. I create a small circle of 4-6 women in a space beyond ordinary time and place, and I journey with each of you — attending to you individually, following what spirit and intuition bring forward for your healing, your visioning, and your growth. We move through ceremony together as a group, and what arrives is often synergetic — the symbols and gifts that show up for one woman frequently carry meaning for the others too.

When I’m done, you’ll receive a richly descriptive personal recording of the journey — what I saw, what came through for you specifically, and guidance to help you make the most of what arrived.

It is intimate. It is precise. And it asks nothing of you except your name.

This is for you if:

You’re in a transition — children leaving home, a career shift, a relationship changing, a chapter closing — and the space that’s opened up feels more disorienting than liberating.

You used to know what you wanted. Lately that knowing feels distant, like a signal you can’t quite tune into.

You’re tired of overthinking your own instincts and ready to remember what it feels like to simply trust yourself.

Brenda J King, PhD

Brenda has spent decades working at the intersection of psychology and shamanic practice — two disciplines that, in her hands, are not opposites but partners. She works with women who are intelligent, capable, and quietly exhausted by the gap between who they perform and who they actually are.

Her work draws on science, lineage, and the kind of embodied wisdom that doesn’t come from a textbook. Women come to her when they’re ready to stop performing certainty and start trusting themselves again.
